    Accuracy of Book Profile

There is very little story or backgrounds. While there are many characters, none have a personality or point of view via a background. No one ever dies despite the very epic battle taking place. This script is only about the battle and nothing more.

    Draw of Story

    Wizards and magic.

    Possible Drawbacks

The script is poorly formatted and there are a lot of abbreviated sentences and little in the way of descriptions or motivations. A screenwriting book should be consulted for formatting. The writer needs to describe the action and characters more.

    Use of Special Effects

    Primary Hook of Story

Wizards and magic in a battle is a great hook. I would watch for the cool special effects and epic battles.

    Fanbase Potential

No. Audiences would not be satisfied with this movie in the scripts current state.

    Awards Potential

Maybe, but only for special effects. There are no meaty roles for actors because there isn’t much dialogue.

    Envisioned Budget

    Similar Films/TV Series

    What’s New About the Story

It’s not very original. Magical battles are in many films and now TV. A unique backstory and some twists and turns would help.

    Lead Characters

    They all have magical powers.

    Uniqueness of Story

No. It needs a backstory and a current story. There is hardly any dialogue because it’s almost only about a battle. Characters come out of nowhere with no explanation.

    Possible Formats

Film: Studio, Streaming TV Series: Network, Cable, Limited Run / Mini-Series

    Analyst Recommendation

Story, story, story. There is barely one. Characters pop in out of nowhere with no explanation. There are huge powers at work but no casualties and no gravitas.

    Tips for Improvement

A background to the characters. Why is Mightyn possessed? What do the elders know about this dark magic? Where is the dialogue as opposed to just brute magical force? What are the stakes for this battle?

A village is attacked by one of it’s own. He is possessed by a dark force. There is a long and epic battle to stop him. He is finally stopped and the dark force is exercised.

    What We Liked

There are so many special effects based on the magic of the characters that it could be fun to see on screen. Mightyn seems like a worthy member of his community who gets possessed by dark forces and attacks his own village. The war waged on the now giant and magical Mightyn is long, epic, and requires many different magical people and beings to stop him.

Film: As with a TV show, more story and characterization could make this an entertaining film. There is almost non-stop magic and action, and special effects would bring audiences to the theater (or their streaming service) and keep them rapt. Fleshed out characters and a story to put them in could make for a satisfying movie experience.

TV: A lot of cliffhangers can be manufactured during the long battle to keep this show going. The special effects would be a big draw. If the characters are drawn out more and there are twists and turns along the way, that would also help viewers tune in.

    Key points:
    Battles using magic
Characters of different backgrounds with different powers
    The mystery of the antagonists
    Special effects

A wizard supervises men who have magically turned to stone and who are building a wall around a castle. Other wizards test it with lightning magic and it seems sound. An elder wizard is happy and everyone cheers. Mightyn, a young apprentice, hears a dark voice that asks for him to free him. He tries a spell, but is interrupted by the elder wizard. He warns others that he’s keeping an eye on Mightyn. They meet the guardian of the mountain, Lova, who stands in lava. He test Mightyn’s powers and is impressed.
Later, Mightyn gets into a magical scuffle with the other apprentices until he is secured by Bruin and Briana and locked in a cell. He escapes, and although the wizard chase him, he’s turns himself to stone form and breaks through their magical impediments.
The forrest people are able to stop him. They don’t know what kind of dark magic Mightyn has been using. Mightyn escapes and runs toward the mountain to see Lova.
He asks what his destiny is. Lova says he’s growing very strong. Wizards, apprentices, and Mightyn’s uncle Victor show up and they go inside the volcano where Mightyn wants a mass suicide. He says he hates them all. Despite their best efforts, Mightyn
sinks into the lava. At Mightyn’s funeral the next day, Lova confesses to Bruin that Mightyn was his apprentice but he doesn’t know where the dark magic came from.
Victor, Bruin and Brianna reach Mightyn’s parent’s home in woods. They lie on the floor, poisoned. Brianna gives them the cure and they recover. His parents remember him as having dark tendencies as a child and his uncle Victor blames himself for showing Mightyn some ancient creature’s bones when Mightyn was a child. Even then, the darkness tried to enter him.

A year later, there is a magic fair outside the village. Huge magical birds fly in carrying in vendors and their wares - clothes, weapons, food, magic items, etc. Liv, a white witch, and Devon, a black witch are sisters in the throws of an argument until their brother Victor breaks them up and takes them to the festival. Alerted to a disturbance in the volcano, the elder wizards along with Brianna, Victor, Liv, Devon, Billy, and Bronco all rush in to find Mightyn emerging from the lava. He says he feels more powerful than ever. Everyone flies away on birds and evacuates the festival. They then go to the forrest people to find out how they are able to restrain Mightyn. Back in the volcano, Mightyn promises Lova that he will stick to the deal they made. Lova shows up to the forrest and they question him - why is he helping Mightyn. He used to be one of them.
They all bind Lova using magic, but Lova breaks free. Back at the castle, people are still leaving. A dark creature in the sky is illuminated by magic. They think it’s very young.
They discover that Mightyn took a black eye from one of the dead ancient creatures. Mightyn shows up, and the forest people hurl magic to bind him. He resists all magic thrown at him in a huge battle. He grows, becoming 70 feet tall, boasting at his power.
The wizards and others fly away on the big birds they have summoned. He’s up to 120 feet now and attacking the castle. A mother and daughter only make it out alive because of Brianna’s magical force field. The elder wizards need the dragons...

Bruce the dragon master is reluctant to send his dragon to certain death. The king orders a huge cannon ready. Lova sends Brianna a message...”the 8...disable village.”
They go to the village and consult the “Lucky 8” who are shocked at the enormous Mightyn. Dragons have come, and they shoot ice at Mightyn. Everyone is throwing everything they have at him. He’s enveloped in green energy which is the forrest people’s secret weapon. He breaks through this force field. They fire the cannon but it has no effect. He’s still marching toward the castle. Elijah, the chosen one, appears and punches Mightyn in the chest, knocking him back 70 feet. Everyone cheers. Mightyn creates a red sword and hits Elijah with it, but Elijah recovers and throws electricity at Mightyn’s face. It works. He then throws punches and Mightyn falls back. The king arrives on flying boots with hundreds of men called “the dreamers.” They carry the old and injured back to the castle. Elijah and Mightyn continue their epic battle. Jeremy, a boy, runs to save a baby bunny and Mightyn encircles him in fire. The others extinguish the fire and Jeremy is saved. Elijah is defeated. Warriors from the east and west all show up and attack Mightyn. Latina and Masta, the king’s children, are teleporters and they appear in order to help. The warriors with their energy spears seem to be hurting Mightyn while everyone else regroups. They attack, en masse. Mightyn creates 20 dark dragons. Bruce’s ice dragons, along with elder wizards on birds, deal with them.
Tentacles of fire shoot out of Mightyn’s chest and everyone dives for cover. Hundreds of dark beings come from the fire tentacles. Elijah’s cousins arrive and throw all kinds of magical attacks at Mightyn. They all damage him and slow him down. Jeremy and
Lucky 8 are off on a side mission. Chana, the leader of the women of the sky, reaffirms their allegiance. She retrieves a giant pearl and places it next to a tree and creates the ultimate staff. Chana’s sisters bring the “flower of the sky.” Mightyn opens portals and ancient creatures fly out. Everyone attacks. Elijah’s cousins do the most damage to them. Mightyn creates a tornado that clears the ground and reveals dark markings that glow. He touches them and a darkness rises and spreads quickly. Elijah’s cousins are petrified from the evil. Chana uses the ultimate staff to hold back the darkness.
Although it’s morning, everything is dark. Mightyn sleeps inside a red force field while everyone else tries to figure out what is happening.

Everyone feels defeated. Chana gives Elijah the ultimate staff. He uses it against the markings in the ground while Mightyn opens one eye and tries to hamper Elijah’s efforts. A bright light heals everyone. Elijah throws Mightyn a hundred feet back. All the families are reunited, rejuvenated. Mighty throws a black spear but Elijah turns it back on him. Mightyn tries to break the ultimate staff but blows off his hand. Elijah and his family touch the pearl and are imbued with super powers. Everyone attacks. Lova uses gold rings to launch his attack. Devon and Liv (the witch sisters) bind Mightyn and encompass him with gold rings. Lova throws magic into the flower and it shoots lava at Mightyn’s head, taking off half of his face. He throws again, splitting his body in half. It shrinks, lights emanates, and the dark creature that was bound to him is revealed. It is small and sprouts dragon wings. Bruce picks it up and it falls asleep. Mightyn, himself again, asks if he did all of this. They heal him. Elijah asks to borrow the ultimate staff to help his people. The town residents ask him to stay and a cheer goes up when he agrees. Bruce takes the dark creature with him. There are no casualties.
The dark creature is now called Sky. It regrets what it has done and is forgiven. It thought rage was the way of the world and wanted to fit in. It apologizes to Mightyn.
The elder wizards teach it elemental power. Three powerful dark beings land and say they are looking for one of theirs. Sky says, “I know you.”
