Accuracy of Book Profile
Yes, but Adonis is not necessarily an antagonist. He starts leaning more towards the evil side, but then falls in love with Winter and starts fighting on her side. This book is probably part of a series, but based on this book alone, Adonis doesn't seem like a Winter's antagonist.
Draw of Story
The dialogues are fun, entertaining to accompany. Starting the story with Winter's trivial everyday life is positive. We understand that girl who is going through the difficult phase of adolescence and her difficulties in socializing because she is "different."
Possible Drawbacks
The excess of explanation about the rules of the universe ends up becoming tiresome. As it is a magical world, we have to know about this universe, but the oral exposition ends up making everything very similar. Why not use more actions to present certain rules? Maybe it was more interesting.
Use of Special Effects
THE STORY RELIES HEAVILY ON SPECIAL EFFECTS
Primary Hook of Story
The hook is this teenage girl who feels awkward about other teenagers and wants to get in touch with her father, who has been away for years. Her human side, trying to figure out this new Winter that is emerging, is the hook.
Fanbase Potential
It is a story that can attract children and teenagers, precisely because of this feeling of awkwardness or triviality that some might feel, together with this desire to be special, to be chosen, stand out among so many other people.
Awards Potential
The story, for its magical base, can bring good visual opportunities for technical awards. In terms of narrative, it could win awards if the story takes a more dramatic path, in which conflicts arising from adolescence and this sense of inadequacy become more evident.

What’s New About the Story
This mixture of Greek mythology with the life of this seemingly ordinary girl.
Lead Characters
Winter is a good protagonist. She has a mind of her own, is brave, knows what she wants, while being insecure about the school and her peers. She has a fun, ironic way of talking that is also attractive. Mythological beings are interesting too, with their own characteristics, but they could sound less human. Some are gods and have overwhelming powers, but they end up behaving and talking like humans. Maybe they could be more eccentric, more weirdo, which would fit Winter's story very well.
Uniqueness of Story
It's not a rare gem because stories of trivial young people discovering superpowers are quite common to see. This story could draw more from Greek mythology to stand out from the rest.

Analyst Recommendation
WORK IN PROGRESS
Justification
While the story has many positive points, it has room for improvement (see possible paths below). If you can't change the story at this point, my suggestion is using your notes as a guide to highlight the best aspects of it when taking the next steps, either putting a pitch page together, a treatment, or a presentation.
Tips for Improvement
The book ends in a way that suggests a sequel, so in this case, you don't know what's next in the story, but just talking about this single book, the arc could feel more complete. It ends up open, with questions raised by Winter and the death of an important character. It would be interesting to see the conclusion of something there—a new Winter growing after the death of Adonis, something that could give us a sense of closure. Mythological beings and mythology itself could be further explored because it turns out to be a differentiator for a more familiar story. Beings are very similar to all of us, and the opportunity to create eccentric and original characters is thus lost. The rules of Greek mythology could also be applied more widely here. The relationship between Winter and her father could be built better too. The fact that he is from the wizarding world was expected, but having been away from Winter for so long could create more problems and conflicts for both of them. The story has appeal, good mythological elements, but it needs further narrative and character development to get more attention within its genre.
