It could have a large fanbase if adapted because of the protagonist, Cooper, a charismatic rescue dog.

What’s New About the Story
The original thing about this story is the deeper meaning behind an apparent superficial narrative. A friendship between a dog and a rabbit brings along important themes such as diversity, acceptance of differences, bullying, etc.
Lead Characters
Cooper is a cool rescue dog who is apparently threatening but has a heart as big as himself. He chases Jack and even though he could be menacing to the rabbit, all he wants is to be friends with the bunny.
Uniqueness of Story
It could be improved in terms of story arc and narrative development; as per adding more narratives involving Cooper and Jack's adventures and consolidate the two as an inseparable pair. This could bring a second level to the story, which would allow the narrative to stand out.
