Logline
Caleb Matthews, a homicide detective in Denver, believes his father was murdered in Amsterdam and wants to investigate. His father's protege, Andy Anderson, was just kidnapped. Andy's wife suggests that Caleb talk to her college friend, Siobhan Callahan, an Interpol agent based in Dublin. He agrees and they team up to follow a string of kidnappings, murders, and the thefts of the relics of saints. The clues lead to a billionaire attempting to clone the relics so that he can use the cloned saints to win election to each of the member countries of the EU council. His plan is take over the European Union. The final piece of his plan is to steal the Shroud of Turin and clone Jesus to lead his newly born Army of God.

Short Summary
A billionaire is kidnapping scientists to clone the stolen relics of saints. He is raising the children to believe they are actually the saint. A homicide detective whose father was kidnapped and now found dead investigates, with the help of an Interpol detective. They chase down this murderous plot
They rescue the scientists at a secret facility in Kazahkistan, then fly back to Vienna to foil the plot to steal the Shroud of Turin. They end at the house where all of the cloned children live. In a shoot out with the criminals, they kill the criminals and rescue the children.
