Development Pitch
My book adds some new twists in protagonist, victimology, motive and profile of the murderer, not usually seen in stories about serial killers. I was tired of the lead detective in books, movies and television shows always being a white guy and the victims all young girls or prostitutes. I wanted to do something different. I think this would be a great movie or mini-series as the protagonist is compelling and his protege, a Latina woman has a wonderful character arc which people will relate to. Plus, it's a really interesting story that presents a moral debate about what is revenge vs what is justice?
