    Accuracy of Book Profile

The book is more complex than the pure smut that the profile sells it as.

    Draw of Story

I liked the pulpy cover and the intro scene where Ray realizes his captor is a woman.

    Possible Drawbacks

The book became a little transphobic at parts, and it became difficult to sympathize with Eve when she killed Cisco.

    Use of Special Effects

THE STORY RELIES A LITTLE BIT ON SPECIAL EFFECTS

    Primary Hook of Story

A man turns into a woman and goes on a murderous revenge spree.

    Fanbase Potential

Not really. Maybe a niche audience.

    Awards Potential

No; this would be considered too controversial in a bad way.

    Envisioned Budget

    LOW BUDGET

    What’s New About the Story

It would be more unique if they explained why Eve was now so dedicated to kidnapping and killing men. It would also be original to have a book where transgenderism wasn't the punishment or impetus for murder.

    Lead Characters

Eve is impulsive and seductive, but also wild and murderous.

    Uniqueness of Story

This is well-written, but the story needs a lot of work. There are minor motivational plot holes and there does not seem to be a strong central theme at all. Also, this book implies a lot about female sexuality and seems ill informed in some aspects.

    Possible Formats

    Film - Indie

    Analyst Recommendation

    WORK IN PROGRESS

    Justification

There are a lot of issues with the story's basis that will prevent any marketing as it will be seen as transphobic, and the book's premise and story do little to counter that notion.

    Tips for Improvement

I would like Eve to have stronger motivations for kidnapping random men and I would like her to be less of a caricature of a horny woman.

    Brief

When a man cheats on his wife, her rage turns her insane. Locking him in her Government Laboratory, she turns him into "The Perfect Woman" as a form of punishment. Soon, "The Perfect Woman" looks for revenge of her own.

    What We Liked

This is a unique horror story.

Film: As a film, this would be similar to Fifty Shades of Gray--audiences would go for the turn on.

TV: As a television show, this would be a lurid fantasy on a major streaming platform and viewers would tune in each week to see more of the mystery unfold.

Key points: Sexy; Scary; Original; Multiple lead roles; Well-written

    Synopsis

Ray Hoie wakes up locked to a chair in a basement. He sees corpses of other men and soon, his captor comes to greet him--it's a woman, and it's the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. He tells her that his girlfriend, Tammy, will be looking for him, but his captor assures him that she picks her victims carefully and no one will come looking for him. She introduces herself as Eve and begins to seduce Ray, but is quickly and easily upset by small things he says. She tells him that she will tell him a story and then decide his fate.

Eve was once a man named Steve, a handsome salesman who met Annabelle. Annabelle and Steve fell in love and got married. Annabelle was a scientist working on nanotechnology that could turn a goat into a cat. Right after their honeymoon, Annabelle devoted herself to her work and, for two years, she and Steve didn't have sex and hardly saw each other. Steve tried to remain faithful, but soon began an affair with a stripper named Tana. Annabelle caught Steve having sex with Tana and hit Tana over the head with a poker. Annabelle announced to Steve that her work was complete, but that she had remained faithful to him and would get her revenge. Steve soon found himself drugged and tied to an operating table in the basement. Annabelle injected Steve with nanos to change his DNA--she had already used them on herself to augment her figure and Steve worried that they had made her insane. Annabelle successfully used the nanos and Tana's corpse's body parts to turn Steve into Eve, a woman, complete with female hormones and emotions. One of Annabelle's male slaves, Cisco, was ordered by Annabelle to rape Eve repeatedly, and due to Annabelle's genetic modifications on Eve, Eve was made to feel hornier than others. Annabelle had saved some of Steve's sperm and used it to impregnate Eve. During her pregnancy, Annabelle had Eve in a medically induced coma. One night, Cisco woke Eve from her coma to try and save her, but she was too pregnant and Annabelle caught them before they could escape. Eventually, Eve gave birth to the baby, but Annabelle quickly took him away and sold him to the highest bidder. Enraged, Eve and Cisco managed to subdue Annabelle and tie her to her own operating table and use her technology to turn her body into a gelatinous blob like Steve had been. Eve and Cisco escaped, only for Eve to murder Cisco in revenge for raping her.

Ray is stunned that the beautiful woman in front of him was once a man, but after Eve seduces him, he comes to realize he loves her and tells her so. The issue is that Annabelle programmed Eve so that she would kill any man that said he loved her. Meanwhile, Detective Wells is investigating the disappearance of Ray Hoie, and listens to a voicemail that tells him where to go. He meets Ray and Eve at the church Eve had picked out, only for Eve to attack the detective and kill Ray. The book ends as another detective investigating Eve waits by Detective Wells' bedside in the hospital, hoping for him to awaken from his coma.
