'Philippine Princess' is the biographical story of my wife who was born in the Philippines and left her home to travel abroad both from a sense of adventure and also to earn enough money to send home to support her family. Financially supporting her family back home became desperate when her oldest brother became ill with cancer. Financial and emotionally struggling, she fought on but was completely devastated when her brother passed away. She continued to struggle and help her family. She met a man and fell in love. They did not have much except each other but she now felt like the princess she always wanted to be.
