Logline The story is set in 1984 against the background of the “Cold War” between Russia and the nations of Western Europe and America at a time when the Russians are attempting to use the Coal Miners of Great Britain to destabilize the British Government and facilitate a communist takeover. A chance encounter puts a Russian interpreter in a compromising situation and his only chance of survival is to escape to England where he believes he will be welcomed.
