In its journey the crown travels through the hands of many interesting characters covering several centuries until the year 2002. The theme is to establish whether or not this is the authentic crown of thorns used during the passion of Christ.

In summary, the crown of thorns had an unusual effect on the lives of many. In the end, a descendant of the young girl, who originally found the thorns, returns to Jerusalem and sets remnants of the thorns on the grave of his mother. It is never established whether they were authentic or not.


It begins in Jerusalem, to western Europe, America and ends in Jerusalem.
