Logline

Father Rago was a caring, selfless man. No one in his parish knew he had a 2nd Degree Black Belt in karate or that he was a Navy SEAL decorated for valor in Afghanistan. He tried to carry out his priestly duties obediently and with humility but while serving a parish in a high crime section of Los Angeles he became frustrated and angry over violent criminals who the law failed to punish. Because of that anger and tragic criminal losses within his own family, he felt he had to personally try to right the scales of justice. He teams up with unlikely allies such as the Mafia to carry out his righteous retribution. This is a story of one man's struggle with unpunished criminals, with the church, and with himself.

Short Summary

Few people knew that Father Rago was a Navy SEAL decorated for valor in Afghanistan. He had no patience with murderers, rapists, and child molesters - especially if they were fellow priests. So he handed out his own 'special dispensation' vowing: "If the law doesn't punish them, then I will."

Father Rago fights and defeats terrorists to stop their planned attack of a Los Angeles Catholic Cathedral on Christmas eve.
