About The Author

L.A. Brown lives in a suburb of Houston, Texas with her husband, eldest daughter, a small zoo consisting of the basics (dogs and cats...so far) and on occasion, her two small Granddaughters come over to make sure the animals are on their toes. Her life consisted of various jobs...everything from pulling skeet as a teenager, to grooming dogs, to working the airlines, working at a bank and waiting tables. Through all of this, she has found her muses in day to day life, her family and of course, her "zoo." When she was in high school, she had an English teacher who told her, "If you ever get your head out of the clouds, you could write some good stuff." Well, it took over 35 years and a little pushing from a couple of wonderful authors whose table she used to wait on to realize that dream. Ms. Brown currently is on the blogosphere and can be followed at: www.http://mamaalways.blogspot.com/ as well as Twitter: www.https://twitter.com/LABrowndoaccl and Facebook: www.https://facebook.com/L.A.Brown
