Development Pitch

Delaying Eternity P.G. Shriver When a fatal auto accident leaves a college-bound woman alone, a handsome stranger, his annoying twin, and their dark secret lead the young woman on a twisted journey to an unknown truth so she can find what her life had always been missing... love. After the auto accident, Mel handles life without her absent, alcoholic mother just fine. Her biggest problem is not having a car, but she has friends with cars. Three friends that keep her sane and focused. College scholarships await her choice of a new destination and life where she hopes to find a love filled future like she's never known. Being the maternal twin to an annoying sister isn't easy on Davis- or his parents. Drag racing is his best chance at making college money, but after his accident, Davis learns he has bigger concerns than a loss of college tuition. Love isn't as simple as finding each other during the darkest of times. Davis keeps a secret from Mel that will change how she sees him forever, and Mel will soon wonder how her well-planned future, newfound freedom, and love filled life could have gone so horribly wrong.
