Patricia Gavin is an author and yoga instructor. She serves as an Ambassador for BeYogi Insurance in Ponte Vedra, Florida. She trained and certified as a yoga instructor with Bikram Choudhury in Spring 2014 in Los Angeles, California, on a veteran scholarship and recertifed in Acapulco, Mexico, in June 2018. She has taught for the Kirov Academy of Ballet Summer Intensive and privately in her own studio in Middleburg, Virginia. As a volunteer and student she has attended workshops at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, and taught in Costa Rica.
