Short Summary
A popular Philadelphia members only after hours private club experiences murder during open hours. The dance, drug and sex club has it all. Booze, drugs, and a swingers room for it's guests. The authorities come in after a gruesome killing. However all thee investigators are flawed. A second death!
The mad suspect kidnaps lead Detective Mike Coffee's wife. She's in a cold basement hell. A straight razor is at her throat.

Development Pitch
Dysfunction focuses on the mental health of all humans. The killer is a psychopath. However, the authorities responsible for his capture also exhibit flaws. Detective Mike Coffee has insomnia and dreams of homicide victims. The police psychologist issued medicine keeps him off balance an unalert at times. Detective Richard Boone is a recovering alcoholic. Investigating murders inside a club filled with alcohol could be his downfall to recovery .Sultry female Detective Sanchez has a sex addiction which threatens the case. She ventures in the swingers room inside Club underground and gets into trouble. The Killer is hiding in plain sight masquerading as a woman and a man. This film while always maintaining high end thrills...teaches on our human abnormalities.
