Short Summary
Chase rides into a one-street town in search of a fresh horse, whiskey, and a woman. Undeterred by fearful town-folk and do-gooders begging for donations, he enters the saloon and encounters Sapphire: the most desirable prostitute he's ever seen. But she's the one that does the choosing.
Terrified of Sapphire, Chase tries to fend off her curse by joining the ranks of the do-gooders. But his desire for revenge gets the best of him when he tries to trick his enemy, Rufus, into visiting the demon prostitute—and dooms himself to eternity in Sapphire's clutches, instead.

Development Pitch
Combining the beats of an old-time western with demonic horror, karma, and a touch of humor, The Club of Silence is the tale of every man's worst nightmare: an irresistibly sexy woman he can't get away from. Angry at his partner in crime, Chase sets out for revenge. But when he stops in a little prairie town, he can't resist the wiles of a saloon prostitute who turns out to be a demon in disguise. She tricks him into signing her book, then releases him with a warning: stop his evil ways or return to her bedchamber for eternity. Chase soon discovers that the do-gooder men he'd viewed with disdain when he arrived have all been cursed by Sapphire, but they dare not speak of it. Trapped in the Club of Silence, Chase fills his days with good deeds...until his enemy arrives. Forgetting Sapphire's warning, Chase tries to trick his enemy into joining the Club of Silence, but dooms himself to an eternity in Sapphire's clutches, instead. The Club of Silence is a short-story (4971 words). I envision The Club of Silence as a tongue-in-cheek short film, playing on the old spaghetti western style, with a horror twist and instant-karma humor. Sapphire is a nymphomaniac demon who can't get laid without consent, so she tricks them into signing, then gives them the chance to choose: good or evil. Chase is unlikable, but you find yourself empathizing with him because he lost the love of his life, then stumbled into the clutches of a demon. But bad-guys can't be good forever.

THE STORY RELIES A LITTLE BIT ON SPECIAL EFFECTS
Primary Hook of Story
I would watch this movie because of the seductive settings and descriptions around Sapphire and also the violent character of Chase. The plot was intriguing and kept me engaged.

What’s New About the Story
The contradiction that sets into Chase’s story and the challenge that is posed and has his life in danger shows how difficult it is for him to think straight and “do the right thing”. Story could have been greatly improved with more polished writing.
Lead Characters
Sapphire is a very seducing character and Chase is relatable as he has a hard time doing what is right for him and struggles constantly in staying in control of his feelings and actions.
Uniqueness of Story
It could be improved in terms of story and structure and characters. Characters are not well-developed and their motivations were often unclear.

Analyst Recommendation
CONSIDER
Justification
Consider it because, even though narrative requires more layers regarding character development, story arc is intriguing and there’s a lot to be explored considering Chase’s challenge of doing good – one idea would be to create space for a deeper questioning on what is right and what is wrong after all.
